Handyman jobs are priced using a standard price list and an estimate is provided to the customer before we arrive to the location. Each estimate includes a standard service fee and an itemized list of the work to be completed with the associated price for each item. 

Estimates are based on information provided by the client, this information will be confirmed when a handyman arrives on site before the work is completed. If the scope of work is different than what was described then the estimate will be changed accordingly and presented to the client before work begins. This is known as a "change-order".

A standard service fee of $119.95 + hst  is applied to all jobs and covers the cost of local travel, confirmation of the estimate/ change-orders, and trips to a local hardware store for job specific materials. 

For jobs where an estimate could not be provided over the phone the standard service fee of $119.95 + hst will be applied for a handyman to visit the location, diagnose the repairs, and provide a quote.
